The National Museum of Women in the Arts strictly focuses on the works of women artists. The museum houses a collection of works by female artists from around the world and hosts various exhibitions, events, and educational programs. The museum aims to raise awareness about the contributions of women artists to the arts and to promote greater gender equality and representation within the art world.
The goal of this project was to redesign The National Museum of Women in the Arts so that it more confidently aligns with its brand purpose and vision. The challenge was to harmoniously blend traditional, classical elements of art with modern design principles like typography and technology. The inspiration for the rebrand was drawn from details in the art world, such as gold frames and filigree, successfully achieving a seamless fusion of old and new. The color palette was carefully selected to evoke a sense of empowerment that emphasizes the museum's commitment to women artists and their stories.
